Please be advised that it will take up to two weeks for us to process and ship your order. 2nd day air does not refer to the time between when you placed your order and when it ships; it is for the time it will take to be delivered once it has shipped.

When you order from us, you are ordering fresh product that is perishable. Because of this, it is imperative that your order arrive within 48 hours of shipping from our store.
We package your order in a reusable Styrofoam cooler with freezer bricks to ensure product safety. Please be advised that there is a $15 cost of the ice and cooler which is already calculated into the shipping price, which is why the shipping costs appear to be higher than normal. We ship UPS 2nd day only. For next day air, contact us for shipping costs.
We ask that you allow two weeks from the date of placing your order for your order to ship out. In most cases it does not take this long. However there are instances that we are very busy and need the extra processing time.
We only ship on Mondays and Tuesdays. We will ship on Wednesdays if the order can be delivered on Thursday. This is to avoid any errors in shipping that may result in the package sitting on the UPS dock over the weekend.
